Return Policy

It’s very simple: Return any (non-living) item at any time for any reason for a full refund with receipt or store credit without one.

Chicks and plants are living things and sometimes will simply not thrive. For this reason, we generally allow for replacement of dead plants and chicks for a period of 48 hours after purchase.

We can now take back roosters that were purchased as chicks from us!
